Zeta Eta Chapter
Servicing Westchester Counties

Answering the call to expand the Sisterhood, members of Epsilon Chi Chapter, serving Orange and Rockland Counties, appealed to their Basileus, Soror Ironda Lynce, with an interest to bring the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated to Westchester County, New York. Upon consent from Eastern Region Director, Dr. Patsy O. Squire, a virtual informational meeting was held on Thursday, February 25, 2021. Epsilon Chi Chapter members called their friends and colleagues, and there were over fifty interested women in attendance.

Of those who attended the informational session, twenty-one women were chosen to be willing workers. Dr. Zenya Richardson served as an advisor for this chartering process and Angie Despinasse-Walton, served as the Dean of Pledges.
